**Compliance Updates:**
This feature, currently in preview, lets customers evaluate if their current Assured Workloads configurations differ from the latest available and enables upgrading previously created AW folders to the latest version.
**Expanding Regional Controls:**
Regional Controls are now generally available in 30+ Google Cloud regions and 20+ countries. These controls provide global organizations of all sizes with a secure and compliant cloud platform baseline to build upon while cost-effectively managing data residency and compliance requirements.
**Expanding supported services:**
Assured Workloads Regional Controls now support 50+ of the most popular Google Cloud services (a 45% increase from last year), with a commitment to rapidly expanding the list of supported services.
**New Sovereign Controls by Partners:**
General availability of Sovereign Controls by PSN, a new Sovereign Controls by Partners control package, was announced in collaboration with Telecom Italia. This package is specifically designed for the Italian public sector, providing tools, features, and technological controls to secure the Italian government's sensitive workloads.
