Google Cloud announced the public preview of BigQuery continuous queries, a new feature that allows users to run continuously processing SQL statements. This feature processes, analyzes, and transforms data as new events arrive in BigQuery, ensuring insights are always up-to-date. The native integration with the Google Cloud ecosystem enables Vertex AI and Gemini to perform machine learning inference on incoming data in real-time. It also allows streaming replication of continuous query results to Pub/Sub topics, Bigtable instances, or other BigQuery tables.
